What to expect in 2019

The new year brings reflection on pervious years and planning for the year ahead. I’d love to share with you some of my plans for 2019 and what you can expect from HI Therapies this year.

New faces
We are currently recruiting and looking to expand our team. This has been on my to-do list for some time now and am yet to be successful (I’m quite fussy!). I’m dedicated to finding the perfect candidate that I know you will all love and has the highest of standards you are all used to. This will open up more diary space which is great news for you too!

Re-Consultations
I’m passionate about regular training. In all of our brands so much can change and develop within a short time, which is why we always attend regular training to ensure our skills and knowledge are up to date. You can expect re-consultations to take place in various treatments so we can ensure you are still having the best possible treatments and are on the correct homecare regime.

New concept
We have always been a very holistic based salon with holistic and wellbeing at our core. I plan to proceed with this concept and also continue to develop in the skincare side too. Expect a slight change when you come in for your skincare appointments. There will be more focus on consultations and advice to help you get the skin you dream of. Think of it as a skin journey – and we will be with you every step of the way!

Specialised staff
Who wouldn’t want to visit a skin specialist when having a facial? The team all have their strengths and are proud to shout about it! Each member of staff will specialise in one or two areas, and we can help guide you to the right person for the job.

Rewards
We are trialling a new reward programme to for our regular and existing clients. Had the most treatments with us this month? Expect to receive a free back massage. Spent over £200 in products this month? Get a £10 gift voucher for your next purchase. Referred the most people to our Salon? Receive a free make-up bag. The list goes on and will cover a variety of areas, each with a different reward. It will be done monthly and your prize will be sent out via email so give us a call to ensure you are on our mailing list so you don’t miss out!

This is just a few of the things you can expect to see this year, I’m hopeful it will bring more as the year goes on and will continue to go above and beyond your expectations.
