We’re in the finals!

Wow, we are truly grateful to have been nominated for 6 different awards from Professional Beauty and British Hair and Beauty Awards.

First up is the nominations for Professional Beauty Awards. These are the most prestigious and established awards scheme for the beauty, spa, nails and aesthetics markets, recognising those who make a real difference to the industry and encouraging their development and most refer to them as the ‘Oscars of the beauty industry’. The Awards night itself involves a glamorous reception and gala dinner held at a stunning London venue in October. We are nominated for ‘Employer of the Year’ and Rachel is nominated for ‘Leader of the Year’.

Over the years, the awards has grown, not only in size but also importance within the beauty industry, and last year alone they received over 250 entries. This year, all entries were scored by a panel of independent industry expert judges and those with the highest scores in each category got put through to the finals, and I’m pleased to announce that HI Therapies has been recognised as one of the best in the industry.

We have also been nominated for ‘Beauty Salon of the Year’, ‘Excellence in Customer Service’, ‘Top Rated Salon of the Year’ and Rachel has been nominate for ‘Manager of the Year’ in this years British Hair and Beauty Awards. The awards night is an online event held in August.

We now go through to the next stages for both competitions where judges will look at all aspects of the business including marketing, training, staff qualifications, accounts, customer care and much more. They then report back to the judges panel and will then decide the overall winner together.
